Construction Manager I
POSITION SUMMARYOversees the construction activities on behalf of the project Owner as the senior on-site Company representative. Maintains client and home office relationships and ensures compliance with contractual obligations by the subcontractor(s) for the construction of a medium to large. Responsible for compliance with the site safety and security program(s), the site quality control program(s), implementation and adherence to AWP program, interface management, coordination of resources and staffing, construction progress and cost control.
