The role involves assisting machinists in their duties as well as generally keeping the shop tidy and organized.
We are particularly interested in hiring an individual who has an industrial background, or who are otherwise confident and competent.
Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, assist in fabrication of components utilizing power drills, grinders, and deburring machines Assist in moving and handling materials utilizing hand carts and pallet jacks from different production areas Under direct supervision, perform simple maintenance and cleaning on facility equipment Responsible for housekeeping activities and lawn mowing during the summer Responsible for shop cleanliness such as empting shavings from machines, maintaining clean floors and walkways, as well as cleaning machines when needed Job Type:
